Motion by the appellant Rimma Gelbert, separate motions by the appellant Reuven Moshenyat, by the appellants John Rigney and Urban Radiology, P.C., and by the appellant Jeffrey N. Lang, to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 18, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until December 29, 2017, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
