orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or

about October 20, 2016 and from an order of the same Court and Justice entered on or about April 13, 2017. And plaintiff-appellant having moved for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals, and for an enlargement of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to

said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting appellant to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon 9 copies of one record and one set of appellant's points covering the consolidated appeals.
