Motion by the appellant to stay the respondent from removing or disposing of personal property at the marital residence, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 7, 2017. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to strike the respondent's papers filed in opposition to the motion for a stay and to impose a sanction upon the respondent's counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
