DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Daniel Goddard for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated February 10, 2017, which determined appeals from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 6, 2014, and two orders of the same court dated March 13, 2013, and August 28, 2013, respectively. Separate motion by Daniel Goddard, inter alia, to stay his eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay the movant's eviction is denied as academic.
