Motion by Cynthia V., also known as Cynthia M. V., and Angelo V., also known as Angelo R. V., in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2017, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 23, 2017, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b and Family Court Act article 6, part 3, to reinstate that appeal, and to consolidate that appeal with appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 28, 2017, and March 20, 2017, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are, in effect, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2017, and to reinstate the appeal from the order dated January 23, 2017, are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
