| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 28, 2016, to substitute Gerard Mollica, as administrator cta of the estate of Maureen A. Mollica, for the deceased appellant Maureen A. Mollica, to amend the caption accordingly, and pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Gerard Mollica, as administrator cta of the estate of Maureen A. Mollica, is substituted for the deceased appellant Maureen A. Mollica, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 3, 2018, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
