Motion by Riva S. to consolidate her appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 9, 2016, with an appeal by Administration for Children's Services, and a separate appeal by Jonah B., Talia B., and Adele S., from an order of the same court dated June 21, 2016, for leave to serve and file a single brief in connection with the appeals, to dismiss the appeal by Jonah B., Talia B., and Adele S., from the order dated June 21, 2016, and to enlarge the time to perfect her appeal and to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeals from the order dated June 21, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals, for leave to serve and file a single brief in connection with the appeals, and to dismiss the appeal by Jonah B., Talia B., and Adele S., from the order dated June 21, 2016, are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated November 9, 2016, will be calendared together with the appeals from the order dated June 21, 2016, and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated November 9, 2016, is granted, and the time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until December 4, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of Riva S. to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeals from the order dated June 21, 2016, is granted, the time of Riva S. to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 16, 2018, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
