Motion by the appellants to stay the trial on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 27, 2016, and June 28, 2016, respectively, to calendar the appeals together, and to waive the motion filing fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed without prejudice to renew upon payment of the motion filing fee (see CPLR 8022).
