DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2017-1939 K C
136-138 Seeley Street Corp., Respondent, v Valerie Sue Weiss, Appellant.

Appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated October 6, 2016 and November 16, 2016, and from an August 31, 2016 refusal to sign an order to show cause.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed.

No appeal lies from a refusal to sign an order to show cause (see CCA 1702 [a] [2]; Matter of Allah v Scheinman, 61 NY2d 755 [1984]). Any right of direct appeal from the other orders terminated with the entry of a final judgment on April 28, 2017 (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 248 [1976]).
