Motion by appellant to consolidate the above-captioned appeals from judgments of the City Court of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, entered September 23, 2016, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that appellant may perfect the appeals with a single brief bearing both appeal numbers and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on both of the appeals at the same time; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals is granted and the appeals shall be perfected by January 5, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before January 5, 2018, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
