DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Dominique G. for leave to appeal to this Court from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated September 8, 2017, to deem the motion papers to be a timely served and filed notice of appeal if leave is unnecessary, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary as the orders are appealable as of right (see Family Ct Act § 1112[a]; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the motion papers to be a timely served and filed notice of appeal if leave to appeal is unnecessary is denied, and the respondent-appellant may serve and file a notice of appeal from the order in accordance iwth CPLR 5514(a); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
