| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner-appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 27, 2017, as directs that the respondent-respondent's visitation with the subject child be supervised by Brian S. and to direct that the respondent-respondent's visitation be supervised by it or a "resource" approved by it, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
