Application by Kristin Marie Raffone, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 17, 1999, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Kristin Raffone Vazquez.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Kristin Marie Raffone to Kristin Raffone Vazquez, effective immediately.
