Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for an enlargement of time until December 21, 2017, to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 13, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 29, 2017, the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
