Motion by the appellant, pursuant to CPL 460.20, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated May 31, 2017, which denied his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated June 7, 1993 (People v Harrison, 194 AD2d 627), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered December 19, 1990.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
