Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 11, 2016 and May 11, 2017, respectively, And an order of this Court entered on August 8, 2017 having enlarged the time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered on August 11, 2016 (M-3191), And plaintiff-respondent having moved to dismiss defendants-appellants appeal from the order entered August 11, 2016 (M-3961) and by separate motion to dismiss the appeal from the order entered May 11, 2017

(M-3962), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to

the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted and the appeals are dismissed (M-3961/M-3962). The order of this Court entered August 8, 2017 (M-3191) is hereby vacated. ENTERED: November 9, 2017
