Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, Nassau County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered June 16, 2016, and to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 29, 2016, and extended by decisions and orders on motions of this court dated April 13, 2017 and July 20, 2017, respectively.
