DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to consolidate the above-enumerated appeals from orders of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 3, 2017 and June 12, 2017, respectively, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal from the order entered March 3, 2017 (appeal No. 2017-1115 K CR) is dismissed, as that order was superseded by the order entered June 12, 2017, made upon reargument; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals is granted to the extent that appeal No. 2017-1504 K CR shall be perfected by January 5, 2018.
