Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered November 13, 2015, for leave to reargue his prior motion for an enlargement of time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 19, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
