DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent Sheila J. Poole, as acting Commissioner of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 19, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 11, 2017, and the movant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
