On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 3, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 6, 2016, deemed to be from a judgment of the same court dated December 23, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first and third paragraph thereof the date "December 23, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "December 23, 2016."
