Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated March 28, 2017, to direct the petitioners-respondents to comply with certain discovery demands and appear for depositions and to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending the response to certain discovery demands and certain depositions.
