DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to stay all proceedings in a matter pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, Housing Part, under Index No. 12544/16, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 15, 2017, for poor person relief, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until January 9, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
