Motion by the respondents to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 15, 2017, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 11, 2017, the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
