| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated July 21, 2016, in effect, to enlarge the time to comply with so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 4, 2017, as directed the appellant to serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 28, 2017, the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental appendix containing the judgment; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file their brief is enlarged until December 28, 2017, and the respondents' brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
