Joint motion by the appellants to consolidate an appeal by the appellants Riaz A. Chaudhiry and Riaz A. Chaudhiry, M.D., P.C., from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both dated April 24, 2017, with an appeal by the appellant Jaspreet Singh from an order of the same court also dated April 24, 2017, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until December 14, 2017, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
