| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Karen Flynn pursuant to CPLR 2001 on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 6, 2017, in effect, to amend the notice of appeal, inter alia, to correct a typographical error, and to correct a misdescription of the plaintiff in the caption of the notice of appeal. Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until January 16, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
