| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by John Katouchis pursuant to CPLR 2001, to amend the notice of appeal, inter alia, to correct a typographical error on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 2, 2016. Application by John Katouchis pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted, John Katouchis's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 14, 2017, the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and on or before December 14, 2017, the parties shall correct the covers of the copies of their record and/or briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court to reflect the proper caption for the appeal and proper appearances.
