| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to strike stated portions of the respondent's brief on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, one dated October 7, 2016, and two dated January 26, 2017, or, in the alternative, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 27, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
