Appeals by Roland E. O. from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated February 14, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 26, 2017, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was enlarged until October 26, 2017. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
