Motion by the respondents-appellants to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 17, 2017, to include certain material and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondents-appellant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 30, 2017, and the respondents-appellant s answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
