An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 22, 2017, And defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of the foreclosure sale pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, for review of the denial of his motion to dismiss the complaint, for the imposition of sanctions for unethical practices, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the foreclosure sale on condition the appeal is perfected
on or before January 2, 2017 for the March 2018 Term, and the motion is otherwise denied.ENTERED: November 16, 2017
