C to the motion papers) in the record on appeal, taking judicial notice of that document; enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the March 2018 Term and continuing the stay granted by order of this Court (M-2472 [August 15, 2017]), on condition the appeal is perfected for said March 2018 term.
