DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 24, 2016, and to stay a hearing on the issue of civil contempt and all proceedings in connection with the post-judgment civil contempt proceeding, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the hearing on the issue of civil contempt and all proceedings in connection with the post-judgment civil contempt proceeding are stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated March 24, 2016, and the motion is otherwise denied.
