Motion by Franklie Terrell and Lorna Williams for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 26, 2017, and, inter alia, in effect, to stay their eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
