ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Cathy Nilsson is directed to produce and file stenographic transcripts of the minutes of the September 25, 2015, February 22, 2016, February 23, 2016, February 24, 2016 and February 25, 2016 court appearances or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such dates on or before December 6, 2017. The time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 5, 2018.
