Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 10, 2016, March 21, 2017, and July 6, 2017, respectively, and an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 1, 2017, and to consolidate the appeals, or, in the alternative, to calendar the appeals together.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted to the extent that the time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered August 10, 2016, March 21, 2017, and July 6, 2017, is enlarged until January 16, 2018, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied as premature; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals or, in the alternative, to calendar the appeals together, is granted to the extent that the appeals from the orders entered August 10, 2016, March 21, 2017, and July 6, 2017, are consolidated and shall be calendared together with the appeal from the order dated June 1, 2017, and will be argued or submitted on the same date, and is otherwise denied.
