| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 25, 2017, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2017, as amended September 7, 2017, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order upon the perfection of the appeal on or before October 10, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decretal paragraphs of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2017, are amended by deleting therefrom the date "October 10, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "December 1, 2017"; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extensions of time shall be granted.
