ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 16, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated February 7, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "appellants" and substituting therefor the word "respondent."
