| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to be relieved on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered October 14, 2014, and for the assignment of new counsel, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 20, 2018, and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
