ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 31, 2017, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay entry of a judgment of foreclosure and sale of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 3, 2017, in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from the judgment and two orders of the same court both dated January 23, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
