Motion by the nonparty-appellant and cross motion by the plaintiff-appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 12, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 19, 2018, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
