Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 6, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 4, 2017, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
