| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 20, 2017, and to direct the respondent to provide it with certain trial exhibits.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before December 20, 2017, the respondent shall make available all photographs that were trial exhibits, which are in the respondent's possession or the respondent's counsel's possession, for reproduction by the appellant, with the cost of reproduction to be paid for by the appellant; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until January 17, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
