Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for an enlargement of time until January 8, 2018, to serve and file a brief on appeals from two amended judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both rendered October 11, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 4, 2018, the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
