Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 25, 2017, and January 26, 2017,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Charlene Zylinski, sworn to October 30, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed February 8, 2017, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered January 25, 2017, under Family Court Docket No. V-5680-15, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant shall file the original and ten copies of the stipulated or settled records and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before January 8, 2018, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
