Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 13, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant is granted leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief, the appellant shall serve one copy and file nine copies of the pro se supplemental brief, if any, on or before December 22, 2017, and the motion is otherwise denied.
