Motion by the respondent Sunrise Electrical Services, LLC, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to Executive Law § 298, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered March 31, 2015. Application by the petitioner to withdraw the proceeding.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the proceeding is marked withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
