Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one entered September 28, 2016, and one dated June 30, 2017. Cross motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal from the order entered September 28, 2016, on the ground that it has been rendered academic.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the cross motion is granted and the appeal from the order entered September 28, 2016, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
