Case and separate application by Hogan Lovells US, LLP, and Jordan Estes, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated August 8, 2016, and September 13, 2016, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 5, 2018, and the applicants' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
